Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (steel, nickel, silver, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Rockin C Silver Co. will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry or accessories.

Before Placing your order, please carefully read the description of the piece and the materials. While most pieces are sterling and hypoallergenic, Rockin C Silver Co is not liable for any reaction. If their is a reaction, stop use and contact medical help

We are not liable for any loss or damage to jewelry, personal injury, or any other issues resulting from the use or misuse of our products. My products are meant to last a life time, but keep into consideration that they are delicate pieces and need to be handled with care. 

Choking Hazard

Rockin C Silver Co. designs contain small component parts such as beads and charms, which may present a choking hazard if ingested. Any purchases from Rockin C Silver Co. should always be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the jewelry or its component parts.
